Terms of Service

Draft for counsel review. These terms explain what FanVoice is and the rules for using it.

What FanVoice is

FanVoice is a free app. Our AI picks the big decisions in each game, asks you what the right call was, grades the calls you lock in before the result, and publishes what fans think, split into home fans, neutral fans and rival fans.

Who can use it

  • You must be 13 or older. We do not ask for your birth date, and we store nothing for anyone younger.
  • Some future features (prizes, certain sponsor content) will need you to be 18 or 21. We will ask first.
  • FanVoice is for people, one account each. Automated voting, buying or selling votes, and coordinating accounts to tilt a result are not allowed.

Your calls and votes

  • A call is your answer to a poll. Calls locked before the result are graded against what the model said was the smart decision, never against how the play turned out.
  • Every vote is checked by the Vote Validity Engine (see "How we check votes"). Votes that fail the checks do not count in the official verdict. You can see your vote's tier and appeal it.
  • Polls are written by AI from licensed game data and checked by plain code. Every poll is labeled "AI-written". We never ask about injuries, health, personal lives, off-field conduct or betting.

What we publish

Fan verdicts are published as counts and percentages by fan group. Your individual votes are never published. Share cards and public pages show only aggregated results.

No betting

FanVoice is not a betting product. Nothing here is advice to wager. Sponsor content from betting or prediction-market brands is shown only to people we have confirmed are 21 or older, in places where it is legal, and never on verdicts, coach polls or front-office polls.

Your account

You can export everything we hold about you and delete your account from Privacy, data and account in the app. Deleting removes your personal data; your past votes stay as anonymous counts so published verdicts do not change.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

FanVoice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, or any league or team. Team names are used only to identify the games you are talking about.
